Florida Appraisal And Building Inspection, Inc. was formally known as Advanced Building Inspection. In January of 2006, we expanded our business to include appraisal services along with our building inspection services. This expansion was the beginning of "Florida Appraisal And Building Inspection, Inc."

As an inspection company we have performed more than 4000 inspections over the past 7 years. Our reputation as being extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced as well as providing an outstanding report system, has brought us to the top of the inspection industry in Central Florida.

FAABI is a company designed to accommodate ALL the needs of our clients during the process of purchasing a new home or smaller commercial structure. We provide building inspections, termite (wdo) inspection, mold sampling, specialty inspections, lead sampling and appraisal services all with one phone call.
